We offer our review of the sites under consideration for feasibility in terms of cost, site preparation, and preliminary cost estimates for the construction of the improvements, including space plans to assist the client in realizing their vision.
Construction
We are passionate about serving our clients by providing professional construction management services that allow them to achieve their business goals which include construction expertise in the form of recommendations to the owner and design professionals during the planning stages. We also provide the scheduling of construction, and the overall coordination and management of the separate prime contractors and subcontractors during all stages.
