Septon Development Group was founded by Seth Friedman in 2000. Since the formation of Septon we have built a management team that has well over 60 years of experience in the construction industry. While still growing the construction company Septon has expanded to land development. Our commitment to the client and building a quality product has led Septon Development Group to become a well-respected and thriving company in every market we serve.

Our Team

  • President

    Seth Friedman

    A complex and creative individual that has unique business strategies. He credits his success to family, friends, employees, and long term loyal clients. He runs his business with the belief that certain people were born with excellent work ethic and values, similar to those you would find in a successful professional athlete. With these key elements he loves and lives the business he created every day.

  • Vice President of Operations

    Donny Bolen

    Donny Bolen, an expert in Construction Management, is the Vice President of Operations at Septon Development. Prior to working at Septon Development, Donny worked for eleven years as Vice President and Channel Marketing Manager for the Credit Card Division of Bank of America, as well as honed his construction skills as a fabricator/manager for EFI, Inc. His experience in owning several kinds of companies-including real estate investment, stone fabrication, and general contracting has benefitted Septon Development. Donny attended Arizona State University for Computer Systems Engineering. He is a native to Arizona, raised in Tempe and resides in Moon Valley. Donny enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, and surfing/scuba diving

    Daniel Kesen

    Daniel Kesen is our Finance Controller. He has been an accountant for the past twenty years of several companies. Daniel came to Arizona from Pennsylvania, with a stop at University of New Mexico studying Business Management. A Combat Veteran, Daniel is an avid pool player, spends time with his two boys, and roots for the Rattlers.

    Russell Hunt

    Russel Hunt is a Project Manager with Septon Development Group. He has been involved in the construction field from the time he was 16 years old. He has worked in various trades including plumbing and electrical and considers himself a “Jack of all trades”. Russel obtained a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University. He is an Arizona native and when he is not working he enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors with his family.
